The staplers are attached to a clamping structure mounted on carriages that move on a stainless steel rail.
The ball bearing system built into the carriages and the return-spring ensure easy and smooth movement for the staplers.
The clamping system can be rotated vertically and is equipped with a clamping lever, making reloading the magazines simple and fast. The clamping structure also has a staple height adjustment screw, which can be used to adjust the height of the staple row relative to the edges.
The complete stapler structure – similar to the cutting head – can be easily and precisely moved horizontally along the entire length of the machine on high quality stainless steel rail.

How to fill up the stapler magazine
The clamping system can be rotated vertically and is equipped with a clamping lever, making reloading the magazines simple and fast.
Loosen the clamping lever and turn the stapler upwards. Release the magazine cover lock and insert the staples. Close the cover, loosen the clamping lever and lower the stapler back to the correct working position. You can adjust its height to the desired level with the adjusting screw.
Recommended staples

We recommend using the original Bostich 1801001Z stapler for trouble-free work.
